I grew up and was raised in Rancho Cucamonga. I graduated from Alta Loma High School and received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Our family currently resides in nearby Upland.

I was granted the local home inspection franchise from Pillar To Post® in 2004. I have personally completed over 4,500 home inspections. I now concentrate on running the overall business operations, marketing, training our employees (including continuing education), and planning for continual expansion to provide a greater number of buyers with an exceptional experience. I have completed numerous home improvement projects in my personal residences and those of friends, so I have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical and other household systems. I am a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®), which is their highest level of membership.

I have been married for over 20-years and have 4-children, all teenagers or older. Since I value family, I incorporate that into my business by the way I treat our employees and our clients. That way our inspectors are happy and they provide the best customer service possible.

Paul Soto
Home Inspector

I have been inspecting homes full-time since 2020. I inspect a variety of homes from new construction, large luxury homes, century old homes, small condos, manufactured and mobile homes, and everything in between. I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), which is their highest level. I also perform mold inspections and sewer camera inspections. I love the challenge everyday of inspecting different properties and educating buyers on the condition of their future home. I love working with the Lang Team and serving our clients.

Marketing Manager

I help the Lang Team build brand visibility through the management of our digital and traditional marketing endeavors. I love traveling to offices and visiting our agents out in the field. I also love going to offices for presentations that Joseph provides, lunch and learns, and mock inspections. My goal is to educate agents about our services so they can close more deals and have satisfied clients.

Customer Service

I am Joseph’s wife of over 25-years and assist the Lang Team in ensuring that all of the scheduling gets handled efficiently. I am the voice of Pillar To Post over the phone and love speaking to customers and helping them book a home inspection.
